COMPLAINTS

If you’re unhappy with any part of your purchase from Lipsync, please reach out to us at hello@lipsyncproducts.co.uk. We aim to reply to your initial email on the same working day, but sometimes it may take a bit longer. We might need more information to respond to your complaint correctly. We’ll make it clear when we need more information, and we’ll ask you those questions as quickly as possible. Once we have everything, we need from you, we’ll respond to your complaint.

REFUND POLICY

Sometimes we don’t always get things right. If our service didn’t meet the high standards we set for our customers, we will offer a refund. This refund will be processed within 48 hours of our decision, and we’ll notify you once it’s been processed.

LOYALTY VOUCHERS

You can purchase loyalty vouchers with a monetary value that can be used as part or total payment of a service. All Loyalty Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We understand that some women prefer to avoid all essential oils while pregnant. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist before indulging in our products. Each product has its ingredients listed on our website (just click on the product you are interested in and you’ll see the ingredients tab).

Lipsync products do not contain any ingredients that might cause undue problems to children, such as petrochemicals, sulphates, artificial colours, or fragrances. We strive to make our products as gentle and safe as possible. Although allergic reactions to Lipsync products are very rare, if you think you have suffered an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately. It is possible to be allergic to pretty much anything, including essential oils and other natural ingredients. If you suspect you have a sensitivity, we strongly recommend testing a small amount of any new product on the inside of your elbow.
